Baby Naming

"Centro de Mesa" by Abraham RuizA new arrival in the family is one of the most joyous events, and something that many couples are keen on sharing with friends and family. A Humanist baby naming ceremony provides that opportunity. It can be held whenever you're ready - some wait for the first birthday and combine it with traditions like the "quċċija", or do it shortly after the baby's birth.
Like all humanist ceremonies, a baby naming is planned by the parents together with the celebrants, and is highly customisable. It can include readings, music, the appointing of "guideparents", and will focus on the child and his or her family.
